Start Winning in the Cash Flow Business
Do you want to turn tough note holder prospects into sellers that exclusively work with you? It’s entirely possible. Converting the vast majority of note holders who say no at first holds the key to making massive profits in your cash flow business. This powerful method is something that Russ Dalbey, author of the top-selling Winning in the Cash Flow Business course, which he discovered in his early years of working in the note industry. The concept is actually common to marketing and advertising of all kinds, but many private note finders don’t take advantage of it.
The method works by creating urgency. When you market to a note holder and give that person a reason to respond immediately, you’ll see more success, close more deals, and really start winning in the cash flow business. Have you ever sent out mailings that produced little or no response? Low response to your mailings is frustrating as well as costly. However, when you create urgency to sell in your marketing, note holders tend to come out of the woodwork with real interest in your offer.
When Russ Dalbey began in the note business, he did a lot of direct marketing by obtaining the names and addresses of mortgage holders at the courthouse and then sending out his mailings. He found that the results were less than optimal. About 90% never responded, 7 to 9% of the addresses were incorrect, and only 1 to 3% of the recipients would call for information. The solution was to create more responses from the 90% of the marketing recipients who never responded. The key is to strengthen the language in the postcard or flier so that it grabbed the note holder’s attention, then gave them a reason to respond right away.
